These SMS Terms & Conditions describe Royal Coach Charter's service-related text messaging communications and your choices.

SMS Program Description

If you opt in, Royal Coach Charter may send you text messages about your transportation inquiries, requested quotes, reservations, booking confirmations, trip reminders, pickup or schedule updates, and customer support. These messages are informational and service-related, not advertising or promotional messages.

How You Opt In

You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the Contact form without checking the box does not provide consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or request transportation services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, reservation, and transportation needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Royal Coach Charter does not control charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt Out — STOP

You can opt out of Royal Coach Charter service-related text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After your opt-out request is processed, you will not receive further messages through that SMS program, except a possible confirmation of your opt-out. You may also contact us directly to request that we stop texting you.

Privacy
